Apple Mac?

I was thinking about getting a Mac instead of a normal laptop. I have been told its harder to get viruses Apple Macs, is the truth? Mac book is a good option to go? or would I be better with a normal laptop?

I've owned a Mac since For over 15 years, and so worked with Macs are better for now! Never had a virus on my Mac, ever. I do not have to buy expensive Mac viruses etc. The reason they do not receive viruses is that most of the coders when they write a virus you want the widest possible audience. Since the number of Macs they target the PC, but also likely to own computers in order to prove his malicious script. A virus from PC to Mac no effect. If you turn around and Mac became more popular then it would sense that it is likely that some of Mac viruses. Mac has some of the defenses built with a better browser with fewer security vulnerabilities in Microsoft IE. Windows also has more secure than Mac OS operating system. So yes, a Mac will have far fewer headaches when it comes to viruses! But there are also many other reasons to own a Mac as I am sure you know. . .
